Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust has an exciting opportunity for Healthcare Support Workers to join the Adult Community Nursing Service delivering services to patients in their own homes in one of our 4 local neighbourhoods., With the renewed emphasis of community-based care, this is a great time to join our team and continue your journey.
