Full Job Description

The role is highly challenging and there is an emphasis on further training, as well as professional and personal development. Regular clinical supervision and support will be provided.

You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care, working with Men; their families and the professionals who support them to ensure that the care offered is needs based keeping the service user at the heart of all decisions about them., We are looking for staff with caring, compassionate natures, who are innovative, creative, flexible and highly motivated. You need to have a genuine interest in working therapeutically with young people who are experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties.

You should be a good communicator and team player, with the successful applicant joining a multi-disciplinary team of professionals working into specialist teams. The successful applicant will be involved in providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
