Job Title: Healthcare Team Leader - Days
Salary: Up to A£14.67 per hour + Incentives
Hours: Full-time, 7am-7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends + on-call weekend rota
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for Team Leader:
- Promote residents' independence, focusing on choice, dignity, and respect, while supporting their physical and emotional well-being
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Support carers in providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Administer medication as required
- Write and update care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
- Promote residents' dignity, choice, and independence at all times

Essential Requirements for Team Leader:
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 or above)
- Minimum of two years' experience in a residential/nursing home setting
- Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Knowledge of the prevention of abuse in vulnerable adults and the procedures to follow in case of an allegation of abuse

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, nurturing attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality care
