HEAVY PLANT FITTER REQUIRED

Wye Valley Group operates nationally, working for all the major construction businesses, national public sector organisations and many local authorities. It has been recently listed in the London Stock Exchange’s annual report as one of the UK’s ‘Companies to Inspire Britain’.

Wye Valley Group has a unique opportunity for a Heavy Plant Fitter to join our expanding team.

This role involves undertaking repairs both on site and in our busy workshop in Rotherwas, Hereford, to a wide range of fixed and mobile equipment from manufacturers including Liebherr, Komatsu, Caterpillar etc.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated and preferably have:

Previous experience of minor and major plant repairs
Experience of welding and fabrication
UK driving licence
A flexible approach to work
Own tools
