About the Role:
You'll provide essential benefits advice to the public, helping them navigate the Universal Credit system.
Your role will involve:
Answering phone inquiries
Supporting clients in completing Universal Credit claims
Using Citizens Advice resources to provide accurate information
Researching options and implications for clients
Conducting interviews using active listening skills
Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Experience working with the public and diverse clients.

The essentials:
Salary - £22,308 per annum
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working - mainly from home with occasional travel to one of our offices for meetings and training
Contract - fixed term until 31 December 2025
