Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 - will include working over the weekend - Rotating Earlies and Lates Location: Stafford, ST18 9AR DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Helpdesk Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Answering incoming calls from Home Delivery Crews & Customer Services
  • To support the management of the day to day management of call centre systems
  • Ensuring all available resources are used to assist the crews in making successful deliveries
  • To ensure that all calls are answered effectively and KPI are met

  • Customer service or Call center experience is needed
  • You must be Computer literate with IT skills
