Full Job Description

We are a family run business based in Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3NW and are looking for a Class 1 Driver to join our ever expanding business on a full-time and permanent basis.

As a Class 1 driver you will need to be comfortable in completing multi-drop handball deliveries throughout the UK, with some nights out required. You will be responsible for carrying out daily vehicle checks and its' load safety.

  • Full Clean UK licence (Essential)

  • Valid CPC card (Essential)

  • Valid Digital Tachograph card (Essential)

  • Reliable & good communication skills (Essential)

  • Possess a good understanding of the UK driving regulations, and working time directive.

  • Experience preferred but not essential.


    • Training will be provided, including how to safely manoeuvre furniture, as well as how to use our electronic PDA system.

    This is a full-time and permanent position, Monday to Friday. Based on 50hrs per week, with nights out paid, and weekends at peak times. Bonus opportunities are also available., Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
