HGV Class 2 Driver

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be: - Delivering products to store on roll cages but some heavy lifting will be involved. - There can be up to 7 deliveries per day. - Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations - Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations - Various shift patterns available 10 hour days (Start times vary between 4am and 8am) Shift patterns available:- - 4 on 4 off shift - 5 on 3 off shift Weekend Shift (fixed 4 from 7): - Any 4 from 7 - this will break down into Wednesday to Saturday shift pattern.

Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card - Previous Class 2 HGV driving experience 2 Years Plus (desirable) - Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
