HGV2 Driver / Porter

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Class 2 Driver, that's hard-working and resilient as you'll be delivering and loading/unloading a range of goods from furniture to high valued artwork. You'll be part of a team delivering a premium service, loading and unloading, ensuring great care is put into the safe journey of our client's valued items and your colleagues. • Vehicle daily checks of your allocated HGV Class 2/7.5t /3.5t vehicle.
• Ensuring the vehicle is equipped with all the relevant specialist equipment required for the days operation.
• Lifting and packing a range of Laboratory equipment, furniture, fine art and more.
• Taking goods in or out of storage.
• Lifting and moving loads in excess of 25kg.
• Ensuring the highest of standards are met when on site.
• Responsible for your health and safety or you and colleagues.
• Always deliver excellent customer care and service.
• Complying with all company and health and safety procedures.
  
  Are you an experienced Porter/Driver with a Full Class 2 Driving License looking for a new role in a company with nearly 150 years of experience within the logistics and removals sector?, HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (essential)
• Team leading and/or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Digital Tacho Driver Card (essential)
• Drivers Qualification Card (CPC) (essential)
• Knowledge of established legal tachograph procedures (essential)
• ADR - Packages (preferred)
