Are you a passionate surveyor eager to make a difference in your community? Harrow Council is on the lookout for a skilled HIA Surveyor to join the dynamic Housing team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure compliance with government regulations while delivering top-notch services to vulnerable clients. What You'll Do :
- Conduct home inspections and provide technical assessments to clients
- Design and specify projects that meet legislative requirements
- Manage individual caseloads and oversee works on-site
- Liaise with various council departments and external bodies to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and support grant applications, ensuring a high-quality service delivery!
A valid driving licence and proof of business insurance (DVLA check required) - Strong technical knowledge and experience in surveying
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
