Full Job Description

Richmond Talking Therapies (RTT) is looking to recruit two enthusiastic and motivated High Intensity CBT Therapists to join our dynamic and innovative service on a fixed-term contract. The posts can be hybrid or fully remote, as long as you can travel to Springfield Hospital in Tooting when required for IT needs., This post involves:

  • Delivery of high quality, Step 3 CBT (face to face/online, group/individual) interventions for clients presenting with mild to moderate anxiety disorders and depression-related problems
  • Carrying out telephone, virtual online and face-to-face assessments
  • Working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters where necessary
  • We recognise the need for clinicians to feel well supported in their role and clinical development. The post holder will be part of a supportive team, with access to peer support, high quality supervision and CPD opportunities.

    The vacancies are fixed-term contracts (maternity cover) with the option of fully remote or hybrid working. We expect clinical staff to work one late evening per week (12 noon until 8pm Mon-Thurs).
