Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Hi Intensity therapist (CBT or Counsellor) looking to support families, to help them remain and stay together. Dorset Council's Safeguarding Families Together team has an opportunity for you.

The Safeguarding Families Together (SFT) approach recognises the importance of adult workers to work across the service to offer wrap around care to bring about changes to children and families' lives. SFT is a strength-based model, and a way of working with the adults within families so that where-ever possible they can all stay together, and children can remain safely at home. SFT practitioners will help families to identify what changes could be made in their daily life and provide the dedicated support to enable them to achieve this.
