At WCCC, we are passionate about creating a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing cricket environment. With the recent milestone of achieving Tier 1 status and the launch of our first professional women's squad, there has never been a more exciting time to join us. As our new High Performance Coach, Girls Pathway, you'll play a key role in developing young talent through the Academy, Emerging Player Programmes, and County Age Groups, while also contributing to the success of professional women's players and occasionally supporting boys' county coaching. To support this, we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and encourage women and individuals from underrepresented groups in cricket to apply. We're looking for a proactive and inspiring coach who:

  • Has experience coaching within girls' sub-county, county, or regional pathways.
  • Holds at least an ECB Level 2 coaching qualification (with a commitment to achieving Level 3 within 12 months).
  • Brings a sound understanding of safeguarding, first aid, and has an up-to-date DBS certification.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the women's game, including national and international levels (desirable).
  • Embodies our PRIDE values-Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, and Excellence-in every aspect of their work.
  • By joining WCCC, you'll advance your coaching career in an environment of excellence while making a lasting impact on cricket in our community and beyond.
