High Risk Manager (Food Production - High Care)

o Ensuring product food safety, authenticity, product integrity, product quality is maintained, and all relevant legislation and codes of practice are implemented at all times. o The general adherence of working procedures and the communication of work instruction to all staff. Liaison with the Technical Manager and Operations Manager to ensure factory standards and process control are implemented and maintained continuously, including hygiene and housekeeping standards. o HACCP - CCP/LCP - Ensuring compliance to relevant procedures and accurate completion of relevant documents, o Overseeing the formulating/completion of daily production schedules o Evaluating the performance of supervisors and team leaders against designated instructions o The overall monitoring of stock levels to ensure correct production is achieved o Liaising with supervisors / team leaders to monitor quality issues o Training and retraining staff where required o Ensuring comprehensive traceability control o Ensuring residual control is maintained and monitored effectively by supervisors / team leaders o Continuous housekeeping compliance / improvement o Liaising with relevant personnel to resolve non-conformances or process deviations and effect corrective action following root cause analysis Accountabilities The High-Risk Manager is accountable to the Directors, Operations Manager, the Technical Manager and to the legal requirements of any law that impacts upon the process they supervise.
