Full Job Description
- Cover classes during teacher PPA time or absences
- Supervise playground activities and lunchtime interventions
- Lead small intervention groups and provide 1:1 support for SEN children
- Collaborate with class teachers to support learning in the classroom
Excellent communication skills - Ambitious for children's learning and development
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Interest in advancing a career in Education
