Pay: H5-H6. The H6 rate will be paid for an individual with experience and / or with a 'specialism' or key area of skill - which will enable the successful candidate to support small groups.
Hours: 37 hours (entirely negotiable, term time only)
Start Date: January 2025 ideally, we will wait up to nine months for the right candidate
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is or aspires to be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a small, supportive Trust with long-established committed colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an education and /or care setting; and will be flexible, able to work as part of a team and have good numeracy and literacy skills, along with additional interest and skills they would like to share with others. We need an effective communicator who is able to liaise skilfully with families, pupils, colleagues and various professionals.
