Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic BSE accredited Cardiac Physiologists to join our team and provide excellent care to patients at Addenbrooke's Hospital and at new Community Diagnostic Centre. This is an opportunity to champion for diagnostic services on site and away from acute facilities with direct impact on patient experience and outcomes.

We are a BSE accredited department, currently providing adult TTE (inpatient and outpatient), TOE, DSE, ESE, contrast and bubble echo procedures to the trust. We are also in the process of developing an exciting new echo-oncology service, which we hope to launch next year.

We engage and encourage opportunities for continuous professional development, alongside weekly group teaching and echo-discussion sessions., You will remain professional at all times, liaise with other clinical teams and maintain good public relations on a one-to-one basis with the general public and other interest groups., Also, you will be involved in all aspects of the non-invasive Cardiology Department, including Holter Analysis, ETT, and administrative duties such as triaging

You will hold BSc Clinical Physiology or equivalent, full BSE accreditation (or European equivalent), and will be interested in working with the 8a Cardiac Physiology Lead to deliver Stress echo, Audit and Transthoracic echo services.
