Full Job Description
We are a forward thinking team that consistently strive to improve and develop our services and encourage all team members to actively engage in this process. Continued professional development is supported through weekly departmental meetings and MDT imaging reviews as well as regular attendance at national conferences. We support a four-day working week at UHD in order to provide an improved work-life balance for our staff. Standard hours are 08:00-18:00 however this can be discussed., We are extremely proud of our Echocardiography departments across our two sites. As well as standard transthoracic studies we also perform 3D echocardiograms, bubble and contrast studies and stress echo procedures as well as supporting the transoesophageal echo service.

The successful candidate will hold BSE accreditation, be enthusiastic and passionate about improving patient centred care and be motivated about providing in-house training for junior physiologists. Clinical skills in either cardiac rhythm management or PCI are desirable but not essential.
The post is for a full time position however part time applicants will be considered.
This post will include Saturday working on a rotational basis.
This role requires a BSc in Cardiac Physiology or BTEC HNC or
equivalent.
