Become part of our expert team at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, within University College London Hospitals (UCLH), where you will work with a diverse range of patients experiencing complex audiological conditions, including tinnitus, misophonia, dizziness, or hearing loss. In this dynamic and varied role, you will collaborate within a truly unique multidisciplinary team (MDT). With an emphasis on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you will deliver individual and group interventions that significantly improve patients' quality of life. Patients are often highly receptive to therapy, making good progress in their ability to cope, which creates a rewarding environment to work in. This is your chance to make a real difference, supporting patients with rare and complex conditions, all while working in a world-class hospital environment., Provide expert psychological assessments and interventions to adult patients with complex audiological disorders.Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based models like CBT, ACT, and MBCT.Supervise junior psychologists, trainees, and multidisciplinary team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Collaborate on innovative research projects related to audiology and contribute to the development of new treatment methodologies.Work autonomously while supporting the Head of Service in the management and clinical leadership of the team.Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure coordinated care for patients.
