Please contact Paul Bates for further clarification [email protected] Overview of the key duties are: + Complete comprehensive risk assessments and formulations. + Provide psychological intervention to individuals with an intellectual disability and/ or autism. + To ensure there is provision of clinical supervision, clinical leadership and reflective practice within the team. + Provide liaison and consultation to other LPFT teams and/ or other teams who work with our patient group. + To work as part of the MDT to reduce the risk of admission for individuals on the TC cohort. + To develop and provide training to healthcare providers who support our patient group. + To support the team manager by leading on service development and systematic provision planning from a psychological perspective, specifically in relation to the service for forensic clients with intellectual disability and/or autism.

We are looking for either a secondment or fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for our highly Specalist Clinical Psychologist within the Transforming Care (TC) Communtiy Forensic Team (CFT). This post will run until November 2025. This post can either be a B7or 8a dependant on experience. This post is open to both full or part time hours. Should this be a secondment opportunity, we can consider this being a split post with your current team, if this would work for the current teams functioning. The purpose of this role is to provide Clinical/Forensic Psychology provision to individuals with Intellectual Disability and/or fit the Transforming Care Programme as part of the Community Forensic Team.
