To be an active member of the multidisciplinary community neuro-rehabilitation team, providing highly specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

To participate in the delivery and evaluation of the, Early Supported Discharge for Stroke service, and Community Neurorehabilitation pathways.

To be responsible for the education and supervision of junior physiotherapy staff, including rotational staff, rehabilitation assistants and physiotherapy students

This is a great opportunity for someone who is conscientious, passionate and adaptable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to demonstrate an adaptable approach whilst meeting guidelines associated with Therapy. They must be confident working as a lone worker, with the support of the team.
