Highly Specialist Pharmacist Paediatric Patient Services

To lead, deliver and evaluate pharmacy patient services within the Evelina London Children's Hospital and to assist the Associate Chief Pharmacist in the development of pharmacy dispensary services to paediatric patient, including the strategic development of other patient medication supply services., For more information on the role and its requirements please refer to the attached job description and person specification documentation

We are looking for a committed pharmacist with experience in running patient services and an interest in paediatric care.
The successful applicant will be working with a team of highly motivated and experienced pharmacists and technicians providing patient-centred pharmaceutical care to paediatric patients.

Our community services include health visiting, school nursing and support for families of children with long-term conditions.
Our adult community services teams deliver care at the heart of the local communities we serve, working in partnership with GPs, local authorities and other healthcare and voluntary sector organisations. Working with our partners in Lambeth and Southwark, we are focusing on new ways of working to improve care for local patients.
