In this rewarding role, you'll work within a rapidly evolving community team, providing expert care to patients with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, OSA/NIV, and ILD. You'll have the autonomy to conduct home visits, virtual assessments, and in-clinic consultations, making a real difference to patient outcomes.

We're looking for an adaptable, proactive professional with an NHS background (or equivalent), who excels in communication and patient-centred care. Leadership qualities, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to professional development are essential. A valid driver's license is required., Working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and demonstrating effective communication skills is essential. Car owner and driver essential.
