Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our SLT team at Fairfield General Hospital, supporting the new outpatient voice service for Bury Rochdale and Oldham.

This is a great opportunity to support to development of a voice service alongside our voice colleagues at Salford.

CPD is strongly encouraged and valued within the team. You will have access to regular mentorship and clinical supervision.

The role will involve supporting the voice outpatient service based at Fairfield General Hospital for 2 days a week.

You will be managing your own specialist caseload of patients with voice disorders; providing specialist assessment and treatment programmes.

You will participate in joint voice clinics with our ENT colleagues and have the opportunity to work with other speech and language therapists across the trust.

As a team, we continually strive to enhance the quality of our care and place an emphasis on service development, quality improvement and continuing professional development. There will be multiple opportunities for training and development.
