Full Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen in North west Sussex CAMHS for a Highly Specialist Systemic Therapist to cover maternity leave from November, 2024. The role would ideally suit a systemic therapist with experience of delivering family therapy to families in which there is a child who is experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems. However, consideration would be given to candidates looking to make a step up to the position from an experienced band 7 post., Co-ordinating and delivering a quality family therapy service to families in which there is a child or children experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems.
Co-ordinating the provision of single session family therapy clinics as part of the early steps offer in CAMHS.
Supervision of members of the family therapy team.
Taking on the role of lead practitioner in cases of complexity.
Working with the leadership team in NWS CAMHS to ensure the delivery of the assessment and treatment service to local children and their families.
