Hire Controller

We are looking for a Senior Hire Controller to join our team at our GLOUCESTER. You will be responsible for all of the Hire administration, responding to customer queries and liaising with colleagues at other GTAccess locations.,

• Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team


• Communicating with Customers and taking orders


• Dealing with all hire processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems


• Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs


• Finally ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company's sales to a customer are attained
