 As a Hire Supervisor based in Bristol you’ll be responsible for:  

• Supervising a team of 7 staff, including Engineers, Hire Coordinators and Operations Assistants. This will involve delegating tasks and running performance reviews
• Responding to customer queries via email and phones in a prompt manner, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Working closely with other branches across the country to ensure stock profile is correct
• Attending offsite customer visits or welcoming our customers onsite

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

• Previous hire experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to lead our hire division
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable
• To be sales driven to grow our hire division and to be hands on to lead our team by example
