Full Job Description
The successful HLTA will be expected to cover and lead class teaching in the ASD base when appropriate, directing the work, where relevant, of other adults in supporting learning. They will undertake any other relevant duties given by the class teacher and school leaders and will contribute to effective assessment and planning by supporting the monitoring, recording and reporting of pupil performance and progress as appropriate to the level of the role.

You will be appointed on Grade 7, working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. You will be employed on a permanent contract. This role will be predominantly based in our Autism SEND base. Your actual salary will be £25,491 - £28,444 per annum plus SEN allowance £966 FTE per annum.,
