Full Job Description

We're now looking for a motivated & experienced High Net Worth (HNW) Account Executive, to join us here at the Jensten Group. This is a brand-new role as we are now in the position to offer a High Net Worth proposition- which you will start, lead, and grow! The main purpose of the role is to generate New Business (main aspect), service and help grow the HNW account in the South West area- we can be flexible with hybrid/ remote working (travelling to offices and visiting clients when needed). This will involve visiting high value clients and converting new business enquiries, looking after policies (midterm and at renewal time) for household, motor and other HNW areas. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare market presentation, review and manage documentations for clients
  • Generate new business and develop strong long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Building relationships with wider partnerships and Brokers, liaising with Underwriters to secure the best terms for the client and prepare any relevant technical documentation
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer service
  • To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA Dealing with all renewal business from inception to completion (to include client enquiries, and any mid-term adjustments)


  • As our HNW Account Executive, you'll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be the type of person who is passionate about new business and growing the book/ client base- constantly looking to secure opportunities and leads- and building relationships.   • Proven experience within Private Clients and HNW products in a broking role (essential)
  • Experienced with placing risks across composite and MGA Markets
  • A proven track record of winning new business and maintaining a client base
  • Experience of working with internal departments (e.g Marketing) to deliver effective new business campaigns
  • Able to network & build working relationships easily, with clients and introducers
  • Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
  • Able to use initiative and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
  • Acturis systems knowledge & experience (ideally)
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g Cert CII) or working towards (ideally)
