Full Job Description

Holidays Operation Team Leader - Chesterfield, We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Hardwick Hall., You will lead and supervise a small team of holiday assistants at Hardwick Hall. You will also manage cleaning products and linen stock levels and staff rotas. What you'll be doing You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit. Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
  • a good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance
  • some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
