Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to our customers within their own homes in Towcester and surrounding villages. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a willingness to help others.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily activities such as personal care and meal preparation
- Support the care team in implementing care plans
- Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues
- Provide companionship and emotional support to customers

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- A valid driver's licence is essential
- Compassionate nature and willingness to assist others
