Full Job Description

We are looking for Community Care Assistants (Care Professional) to join our team and help us to continue to provide outstanding relationship led care to our clients.

With minimum visits of one hour, we have an excellent reputation that we are immensely proud, the quality of care we provide has resulted in us being rated Outstanding by CQC.

Key Requirements :

  • You must have a valid full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • You must be available to work mornings, evenings and all day alternate weekends

  • No uniforms because to us it's personal

  • Introductions we introduce you to clients before you start supporting them

  • Shadowing - we provide full one to one support for your first visits with a new client


  • There is full training and support in every step of your journey as a Home Instead Care Professional, for us it's your values and compassion that's important, skills can be taught or even transferred from roles separate to the care sector.,
  • Supporting our older generation to stay independent at home. Helping with bathing, shopping , meal preparation, medication assistance, companionship, social events the list is varied and each clients needs are different.

  • Positive attitude and a good level of written and spoken English

  • We are seeking caring, energetic , sympathetic, good listeners and people who have a friendly disposition

  • Do you live in, or very close to, Dudley, Sedgley, Gornal, Pensnett, Tipton, Rowley Regis or Oldbury, we have visits in all these areas., We can offer part-time positions; with visits available between 8am 9pm, as well as working every other Weekend. We require you to be available at least three evenings between Monday and Friday.


  • We will require you to be available between 8am and 9pm both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.

    What we provide :

    One hour minimum visits with clients to allow time to care, complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.

    Matching of Care Professionals and clients based on mutual interests and hobbies and location, so there is never something short to talk about and you can provide more personalised support.

    We operate between 8am and 9pm each day

    No formal training required as full training will be given. Some life experience, either working with older people as a paid job or unpaid looking after a family member would be advantageous.

    A current UK driving licence is essential.
