About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life. From providing personal care to sharing a friendly chat, every task you complete will bring comfort and reassurance to those in your care.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Providing reliable transportation for appointments or social activities.
Offering companionship and conversation to brighten a client's day.
Following personalised care plans and monitoring any changes in a client's needs.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and sharing observations with our supportive team.
Encouraging the use of technology for communication and entertainment to keep clients connected and engaged.

Reliable transport and a valid driving licence (essential for visiting clients).
A caring and patient nature, with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Confidence in following care plans and adapting to individual client needs.
