Prime Life are on the lookout for a talented and passionate individual to Lead and Manage our impressive Residential Home in the heart of Derby. This role will require registration with CQC. The role will be based at Vinegar House, in Derby. The service has been specifically designed to cater to the every need of the clients that reside there and support them with their mental health. The service users have full involvement in the development of their individual recovery plans, which invariably includes specific detail related to physical health concerns, as this is a major issue for many who come to reside with us at Vinegar House. Team - Comprehensive Holiday Pay scheme that rewards you for your commitment to care - Opportunities to expand your CPD and for internal progression Responsibilities of our Home Manager will include: - Leading, managing and supporting your team, ensuring high quality of care and service is always provided to all residents - Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident's care - Full oversight of all financial aspects within the home, including management of budgets - To ensure that each resident's dignity and independence is always preserved and promoted - To encourage each resident to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them - To encourage and assist residents to participate in any discussion relating to their daily living arrangements What we're looking for in our Home Manager: To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a
real difference for our residents. Prior experience within a similar role is essential, together with a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level 5. Experience of liaising with Local Authorities, CQC and other external agencies regarding residents' care is highly sought after.
