Your Role : As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner., Set in Southampton, near Hedge End with a train station just a half a mile from the home, the Maypole provides residential and nursing care as well as rehabilitation care for those over 18 and living with complex needs or a physical disability. The home has a real friendly, community feel, where the team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence - organising a wide variety of activities meaning there's no typical day here. As part of the team, you're supported from day one to learn, develop and encouraged to progress.
- Leadership : Inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
