Full Job Description

Here at MTVH our customers are at the heart of what we do and as an organisation we are looking for a customer focused individual with strong administrative skills who can support our Home Ownership Team. As a Home Ownership Assistant your role will see you reporting to the Home Ownership Manager, where you will be responsible for ensuring that work assigned to you is dealt with promptly and to a consistently high standard whilst meeting deadlines to support the delivery of services to our customers. You will also be expected to assist the service charge team achieve targets by liaising with our customers, external stakeholders and key internal teams.,

  • Support a responsive front line customer service in all aspects of Homeownership enquiries in line with service expectations and key performance indicators
  • Delivery of statutory and non-statutory processes associated with Homeownership and the wider Home Ownership & Service Charge teams
  • Ensure that processes are carried out effectively and in line with policy, procedure and legislation
  • Monitoring and management of team mailboxes, CRM work items, e-forms and correspondence
  • General administration tasks for the team, including scanning, filing, raising Purchase Orders, issuing mailouts and processing invoices
  • Liaise with internal departments to collate information for residents and to ensure we offer consistent high standards
  • Support all areas of the time as directed by the Homeownership Manager
