We are looking for a highly motivated, emphatic and energetic member of staff to work closely with our pastoral team to provide the support and challenge needed to help disadvantaged young people achieve success.

Whether you are supporting an improvement in attendance, providing parenting guidance or mentoring a student, every day will be different and rewarding.

Students in our school have real potential. This role provides a chance to work with them and their families closely, building strong relationships and to be the difference that some need on their educational journey. Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time only

Grade 6, Point 9-15 (£25,119 to £27,803). Actual pay £21,702 - £24,021 per annum

Codsall Community High is a comprehensive school for Years 9 to 13 situated in a semi-rural area of Staffordshire near Wolverhampton. It has over a thousand students on roll and almost three hundred in its highly successful sixth form.
