Full Job Description
As a Homecare Admin, you will ensure the smooth running of the service through efficient and affective administrative support to the branch. You will provide administrative functions to maintain operational functions at the branch. To keep staff records up to date via computer and manual and ensure that data protection principles are adhered to. To undertake reception duties as a first port of call from internal and external callers.,

A Level 2 diploma in Administration or equivalent - Knowledge of Domiciliary Care,
- Experience of recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and its meaning.
- Ability to prioritise in pressured situations.
- Working knowledge of Excel Spread sheets and using basic IT solutions.
- Strong planning and organistional skills
- Good Understanding of using Microsoft Office.
