Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Horticultural Charge Hand to lead a dedicated team of gardeners at Greenwich Park in London, providing high-quality grounds maintenance services for The Royal Parks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in horticulture and leadership, with a strong passion for delivering excellent outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will assist the Head Gardener with planning daily tasks, providing training, support, and supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader.
  • NVQ Horticulture Level 3 OR proven commercial horticulture experience.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
  • Experience in The Royal Parks or other prestigious public spaces is desirable
