- £36,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,
- Permanent, Term time only

As a Horticulture Teacher you will connect directly with the brilliant young people we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education. Each individual has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. They have so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys bespoke to them.
You will prepare, deliver and assess and appropriate, broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated Horticulture/land Based Studies curriculum on a range of courses, from Entry level to Level 2 depending on the needs of the students, monitor and support the overall progress and development of students. Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

About us
Syon Manor College is a new post-16 provision for young people with autism and complex needs. The college will offer a broad curriculum of academic, vocational and life skills learning including BTECs, GCSEs, Functional Skills and ASDAN accreditations which will work towards Employability or Independence and Duke of Edinburgh qualifications.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
