Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring financial and quality targets are met, leading the senior management team, promoting the hospital's reputation, and fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations. You will need an excellent track record in healthcare management, a clinical background in mental health, and the ability to drive performance, support successful service delivery, and implement change through a credible, inclusive, and supportive management style.
