Hospital Director

The Hospital Director role at the Gardens and Jacobs Neurological Centre in Sawbridgeworth presents an exciting opportunity to lead a growing company that puts service users and residents at the heart of everything it does. As an experienced healthcare leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, while continuing to develop commercial opportunities., As the Hospital Director, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility of the service and the multidisciplinary team. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring quality and financial targets are met, leading the senior management team, promoting the hospital's reputation for specialist care, and fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations. You will work alongside an established team delivering individualized approaches to the care and treatment of people admitted to the hospital and residential home.
