Full Job Description
- Hospital Pharmacist
- Slough
- £24 - £36 per hour
- Ongoing contract, Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
- Full time or part time
- You must hold at least 6 months hospital experience as a qualified Band 6, 7 or 8 Pharmacist in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
- What we require from you as a pharmacist:
- Must have 6 months UK Pharmacist experience
- Full right to work in the UK
- Band 6/7/8 Pharmacist
- GPhC registration
- Responsibilities as a pharmacist:
- Patient Care Management: Collaborate with health professionals to optimise medication therapy, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on medication regimens.
- Medication Therapy Management: Ensure appropriate selection, dosing, and administration of medications, identifying and resolving medication-related issues.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
