Full Job Description

Instilling a sense of teamwork, collaborating closely with the wider P&H team to produce freshly prepared lunches for pupils and school staff

  • Adhering to all safety guidelines including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policy
  • Keeping a clean kitchen environment
  • Working with efficiency to maintain requirements over busy lunchtimes
  • Completing requirements for food service at occasions such as meetings and sports events
  • From time to time, your role may adapt slightly but your core task remains the same; delivering the highest quality of food and service to pupils, ensuring that the offering is innovative, fresh and delicious.

    Previous hospitality experience is essential
  • A versatile, outgoing and people-focused way of working, able to match our values
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic Health & Safety knowledge - a Food Safety L2 certificate would be fantastic! But not essential
  • The ability to work the hours listed and be able to easily commute to the location
  • Basic IT skills are esssential including the use of word, outlook & excel

    40 hours hours per week with the flexibility to work overtime as and when required
  • 35 hours per week - flexible working hours from Monday - Saturday with 8 hour shifts between 7am - 11pm
