You'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the venue. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.,

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with customer orders
• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the event
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Follow all licensing and health and safety regulations
• Support the wider hospitality team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience
  
  Must be over 18 (due to serving alcohol)
• Previous bar experience is preferred, particularly in a fine dining or high-end setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service
