What you'll be doing As one of our Seasonal Hospitality & Catering Assistants your duties will be varied, our centre is always busy, so we need team members that are happy to help wherever required. You will be helping our housekeeping operations, with tasks such as cleaning and laundry. In addition to assisting our catering team with setting up the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Other duties can include working in the kitchen assisting with food preparation and serving food to our visitors.

- Permanent part time seasonal contract - based on average 30 hours per week during the core season only (normally 43 weeks February to November) each year
- Salary equates to circa £11.44 per hour. Field Studies Council Margam Discovery Centre is easily accessible, just off the M4 between Swansea and Cardiff. The centre is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Margam Park, an 850-acre country estate nestling on the narrow coastal plain and southern slopes of Mynydd Margam. It is an award-winning state of the art, low carbon footprint building designed by The Welsh School of Architects that can accommodate up to 140 residents and has 5 classrooms.
