Full Job Description
- In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
- General production of breakfast, lunch and hospitality
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
- Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Manage all associated administration
- Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
A passion for food and service - Flexible approach to hours and duties
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
Looking for a term time only role, Monday - Friday with plenty of time off over the evenings and weekends?, £13.50 per hour - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7.30am - 3.30pm
