- Independently manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Flexibly adapt to varying demands, from catering high-volume conferences to simpler lunches.
- Lead and direct a team of agency chefs, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a cost-effective kitchen by managing budgets, stock, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in conference and events catering. - Strong ability to work autonomously and manage kitchen operations independently.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating a team.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the varying demands of the role.
- A keen eye for cost control without compromising on quality.
