Full Job Description
The main purpose of the role will be to assist the restaurant team by ensuring the smooth running of service, greeting the guests and answering all queries. Responsibilities Receptionist Duties :
- Deal with enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Answer calls correctly and efficiently
- Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
- Efficient allocation of seating arrangement
- Filing all paperwork, collating forms and producing materials for restaurants Administration,
- Update, modify and maintain the booking system
- Inputting information and data by adhering to data protection policies
- General ad-hoc duties when required
Approximately 1 - 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant is preferable Strong customer service attitude Excellent communication skills, and total fluency in English are essential Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Computer literate with the ability to input data accurately
