  • Manage the Temps Desk: Oversee and manage temporary staffing needs for a range of hospitality clients, from hotels and restaurants to events and catering.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Use online job boards, social media, and industry networks to source qualified hospitality staff, screen and interview candidates, and place them in suitable temporary positions.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high satisfaction with our recruitment services.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all candidates meet legal requirements, including right-to-work checks, reference verification, and training as required for hospitality roles.
  • Advertising and Outreach: Write and post compelling job advertisements on online platforms, attract qualified candidates, and ensure our job listings stand out in the market.
